Driving licence cat. B — at least 1 year of experience
Statutory requirement. The issue date counts.
At least 19 years old (age required for taxi work)
Statutory requirement for taxi drivers in Poland.
Medical certificate — no contraindications to work
We refer you for occupational medicine tests. Cost: approx. PLN 100-150.
Psychotechnical certificate (psychotests)
Tests with a transport psychologist. Valid for 5 years.
No criminal record from your country of origin — translated by a sworn translator into Polish
Certificate from your country together with the translation.
No criminal record certificate from KRK — Polish extract
Available online at gov.pl.
No criminal record certificate from KRK — Polish extract (second copy)
Second extract for app purposes.
Profile photo for the apps (Bolt / Uber / FreeNow)
Current photo on a light background, no glasses.
