2. What data we collect
We only collect data you give us yourself: in the contact form (name, phone number, message content) — stored on our server; and after cooperation starts, data necessary to conclude and perform the contract (personal data, contact data, document data). We do not track you across the web. We use Google Analytics 4 only for aggregate traffic statistics and we do not use marketing cookies.
3. Purpose of data processing
We process data in order to: (a) respond to an enquiry sent via the contact form, (b) conclude and perform the cooperation contract, (c) fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting), (d) direct marketing of our own services — only with separate consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is: (a) the data subject’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for the contact form, (b) necessity for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), (c) a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Data retention period
Contact form data (name, phone, message) is stored until your enquiry is handled, no longer than 12 months. Contract-related data is stored for the period required by law (5 years from the end of cooperation).
6. Data recipients
Data may be shared with entities processing it on our behalf (hosting, accounting systems). We do not sell personal data. Your browser also connects to Google servers (fonts, map) — we do not pass your personal data in those connections.
7. Your rights

8. Cookies
The website does not use cookies to track users or for advertising. We only store technical data in your browser: localStorage (language choice, CMS content, your cookie consent record) and sessionStorage (admin session token — only after login). Fonts (Google Fonts) and the map (Google Maps) load from Google servers. We use Google Analytics 4 (tag G-RX00701B9S) for aggregate traffic statistics only — no advertising pixels, no third-party marketing cookies.
