Step by step to your first ride
Call or form
Day 1You call 509 001 777 or fill in the contact form. We arrange a meeting at the office — the talk takes 15 minutes.
Office meeting
Days 1–2We show the available fleet cars, discuss the cooperation terms and sign the Umowa Zlecenie contract. We check which documents you have and which are missing.
Collecting documents
Days 2–3If tests or certificates are missing — we refer you to trusted places. Everything in one day. We help with every formality.
App registration
Days 3–4We activate your Bolt, Uber and FreeNow accounts. We install the apps and show how the system works. You receive the TAXI driver ID.
Car pickup and start
Days 4–5You pick up the car with full taxi markings. You fill up and hit the road. In the first week the app fee is FREE.
